Sana’a, Yemen: On February 13, 2023, the Ministry of Interior celebrated the graduation of the third batch of the Traffic Control Unit in Sana’a.
The Police Training School and the General Directorate of Traffic Police organized the training program to provide specialized cadres for the traffic police.
Major General Abdul Karim Al-Houthi, the Minister of Interior, emphasized the importance of the third batch in enhancing traffic work in the field.
He urged the graduates to serve the community and improve traffic regularity while reducing traffic accidents.
The Minister praised the efforts of those responsible for organizing the courses and emphasized the responsibility of every security personnel to perform their duty to the fullest.
He also directed the quick installation of this batch.
The ceremony was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for the Security and Police Sector, Major General Ahmed Ali Jaafar, the directors of human resources, Major General Ibrahim Al Moayyed, the Traffic Police Brigadier General Dr. Bakil Al Barashi, and the Training and Guidance Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Al Hamran.
Brigadier General Sater called on the graduates to upgrade the security work system by improving their skills and abilities and committing to their assigned tasks.
